Her career has taken her across global enterprises, central government, SaaS businesses, and mission-driven non-profits. Across every sector and every stage, one thing remained constant. The organisations that struggled to scale were short of the operational architecture to support their ambition.
Sarah's background spans both the business and technology sides of transformation, giving clients integrated thinking that connects operational strategy, process design, and technology transformation into a coherent whole.
She holds Chartered Manager status and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Consulting, reflecting the rigour through which 15 years of operational experience has been structured, tested, and validated.
